San Diego, Calif., Jan 1 -- ACC Corporation today announced the formation of a three year BIO-IT deal in

India with eBiochemica.

Under this three year deal eBiochemica will design and develop the ecommerce website for ACC Corporation.

The site will allow the pharma, chemicals and biotech community to browse through and purchase one million products.

 In addition, eBiochemica would also provide e-marketing solutions for all of ACC Corporation's products that would reach

over 150,000 clients in 60 countries worldwide. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
